Core Training at Simply Fit is a group all core training program for all levels of physical capabilities. Core exercises improve your balance and stability.Core exercises train the muscles in your pelvis, lower back, hips and abdomen to work in harmony. This leads to better balance and stability, whether on the playing field or in daily activities
Stretch Therapy Bootcamp
10:30am to 11:30am
Simply Fit provides a 1 hour bootcamp of stretch therapy. Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints. Without it, the muscles shorten and become tight.
